I am very afraid to take Trittico CR because of the side effects.

Hello, I was prescribed Triticco today, 150mg. I suffer from insomnia and anxiety. I am very afraid to take the drug because of the side effects. I have no illnesses so far, I just feel listless and don't see any joy.
