At the outset, it should be noted that Trimbow and Siolto Respimat are prescription only, so the appropriateness and need for their concomitant use should be determined by your doctor. Do not use these preparations without consulting your doctor.
Trimbow is a combination of a glucocorticoid, a long-acting Beta2 receptor agonist and a long-acting muscarinic receptor antagonist. Such a combination can be used in patients with severe dyspnoea and frequent exacerbations of the disease, in whom previously used combinations of β2-mimetics with cholinolytics did not bring the expected improvement.
