"Dizziness and fatigue may occur during treatment with metoprolol (Metocard), so patients should assess their reaction to the drug before driving a car or operating machinery while moving. These symptoms may worsen if you drink alcohol at the same time or if you change your medication.
Adverse reactions are mostly mild and temporary."
