Saline always has a concentration of 0.9%, which is close to body fluids in the body. Saline has a cleansing and moisturizing effect, hypertonic - clears a stuffy nose, thins the mucus and makes it easier to get rid of it. Preparations containing concentrated salt should not be used before bedtime, because the flowing secretion will not be able to "leave" the nose and will additionally intensify the cough reflex. For the same reason, after applying the product, it is advisable to maintain an upright position for some time.
