Could I harm my son if I gave him Pelavo Multi stored in the fridge for 6 months?

Hello, please help... I gave my son Pelavo 6 months + and I don't know how I did it, that I didn't read that you have to keep it in the fridge ... I always read everything, I write down the dates...
