Information in the summary of product characteristics:
"The safety of norfloxacin during pregnancy has not been studied. However, animal studies have shown that norfloxacin, like other quinolones, causes cartilage damage in immature individuals. Therefore, Nolicin should not be used during pregnancy."
I don't think that taking one pill can have a negative effect on the fetus. Such tests have not been carried out, so if you want to be sure that everything is in order, you should go to a gynaecologist for an examination.
