How to use Olfen injectables, Diclofenac, Paracetamol and Setaloft together?

I have sciatica. The doctor prescribed Olfen 75 injections in the morning once a day, 1 tablet of Diclofenac 100mg in the evening and 2 tablets of paracetamol 500mg/3 times a day.
Isn't that too much? I've read that duclofenac can be taken max 150mg/day, and olfen injectable plus diclofenac 100 gives a total of 175mg/day. In what vents should I take it? In addition, I take Setaloft 150mg/day on a permanent basis. When should I take it? I'd appreciate your reply...

Are you sure that your doctor has recommended the combination of injections and tablets? You may be prescribed injections first, followed by pills. However, there are no contraindications to the use of paracetamol together with diclofenac. Analgesics to relieve the symptoms of sciatica should be used for a short period of time and in the manner specified by the doctor. The recommended maximum daily dose for diclofenac medicines is 150 mg, unless otherwise advised by your doctor. In this case, the doctor should determine the exact dosage of the preparations.

Too high doses of painkillers may increase the risk of side effects (such as gastrointestinal bleeding). We wrote about whether to be afraid of side effects in the article:

If you have any doubts about the recommended dosage of Olfen injections and Diclofenac tablets, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. You can also take advantage of a teleconsultation via e.g. the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

I encourage you to read our study about Diclofenac:

We wrote about the use of painkillers during treatment with Setaloft in our opinion:

If your doctor has decided that it is appropriate to use Diclofenac with Setaloft, he or she should also specify the exact course of action.
