Can you combine diazepam, sertraline, quetiapine and trittico?

I take sertraline, tranquirit, and quietapina, they added triptych but I'm afraid. Isn't that too many medications? I'm terrified to add it

According to the current medical literature, there are some interactions between these preparations. This combination may potentiate the central nervous system depressant (activity-inhibiting) effects. This can manifest as excessive sedation, drowsiness, and slowed reactions.

Both sertraline and trazodone have a similar mechanism of action – they inhibit serotonin reuptake, hence the increased risk of interactions. When combining these drugs, various side effects can occur - m.in headaches and dizziness, increase in blood pressure, hallucinations or excessive increase in serotonin levels in the brain and the occurrence of serotonin syndrome.

You should strictly follow the dosage schedule agreed with your doctor, and if you experience any worrying symptoms, contact your doctor.
