Following oral administration of Elestar HCT in healthy adults, peak plasma concentrations of olmesartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide occur after 1.5 to 3 hours, 6 to 8 hours and 1.5 to 2 hours, respectively.
It takes about 1 hour for the drug to be absorbed into the blood when taken orally in the form of tablets.
