Levofloxacin can cause side effects such as mental disorders. Common (≥1/100 to <1/10) i niezbyt często (≥1/1 000 do <1/100) podczas stosowania leku zgłaszano bezsenność, nerwowość, niepokój i stan splątania. Rzadko (≥1/10000 do <1/1 000) występowały zaburzenia takie jak reakcje psychotyczne, omamy, depresja, niezwykłe sny, koszmary i majaczenie. Należy pamiętać, że działania niepożądane mogą, ale nie muszą występować.
