Can I use Endovelle 2x1 tablet as prescribed by my doctor if I have experienced minor bleeding?

I take the second endovelle leaf and I have a little bleeding the doctor told me to take 2x1 so this drug is it possible ? There is no information in the leaflet that you can take two tablets and one

The usual dose for adults is 1 tablet per day.
If you have mentioned to your doctor that you are bleeding and he or she has decided to increase your dose, follow their instructions.

Side effects with Endovelle include spotting and vaginal bleeding, but these usually disappear with continued use. If spotting persists despite an increased dose or other worrying symptoms appear, please consult your doctor.
