Thank you for sharing your case. However, please note that Emanera is not used for joint diseases, but is a medicine from the group of proton pump inhibitors (PPIs), used to treat diseases of the stomach and oesophagus, such as gastroesophageal reflux and peptic ulcer disease. Emanera acts mainly on the secretion of stomach acid and is rarely the cause of symptoms associated with joints or spine. The etiology of shooting in the joints is multifactorial. Injecting joints may be the result of a very low level of hydration, degenerative diseases or genetic conditions regarding the specific structure of the joints. Shooting bones can also mean a deficiency of components and substances that are the basic building blocks of articular cartilage. For further diagnostics, I encourage you to consult your doctor, who will recommend the appropriate therapeutic treatment for you. If you are not able to visit a stationary visit, I encourage you to use teleadvice via, for example, the portal Gdziepolek.pl: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Please also do not stop taking Emanera on your own. Any modifications in therapy, including discontinuation of the drug, should be made after consultation with the attending physician acquainted in detail with your health condition: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-jak-i-kiedy-mozna-odstawic-leki
