When should I start taking Atywia Daily pills to postpone my period?

Good morning. When should I start taking Atywia Daily tablets if I would like to postpone my period until around September 15. I take them only because my bleeding is irregular. I expected it in 5 days (cycle length is 23 days), and currently I do not have the opportunity to consult a gynecologist. The next menstruation falls on August 30 (usually it lasts 5-6 days).

The standard use of Atywia Daily - according to the documentation of this medicine - indicates that if you have not used a contraceptive medicine containing hormones in the previous month, then Atywia Daily tablets should be started on the first day of the menstrual cycle (that is, on the first day of menstruation). Other procedures should be discussed with your gynecologist. When this period occurs and you start the blister, you will be able to assess on what days withdrawal bleeding can be expected. When using Atywia Daily, you will no longer have a physiological cycle or a typical menstruation on the date from the calendar, but withdrawal bleeding associated with the rhythm of taking tablets. Each Atywia Daily blister contains 28 tablets: 21 white tablets containing active substances and 7 green tablets containing placebo. Typical use is to take one white tablet for the first 21 days, followed by one green tablet once a day for 7 days. Then start a new blister straight away (21 white tablets, then 7 green tablets). During the 7 days when you take the green placebo tablets (placebo days), bleeding (called withdrawal bleeding) should occur. This bleeding usually begins 2 or 3 days after taking the last white tablet containing the active substances. The use of birth control pills is associated with the possibility of postponing the day of onset of withdrawal bleeding, according to the instructions in the package leaflet: "To delay the day of onset of withdrawal bleeding, skip the placebo tablets from the current pack and start taking the tablets from the next pack of Atywia Daily. The prolongation of the period until bleeding may continue as necessary even until the end of taking tablets containing active substances from the second pack. During a prolonged cycle, minor bleeding or mid-cycle spotting may occur. Regular use of Atywia Daily should be resumed after a period of placebo tablets." I enclose additional information about Atywia Daily - the drug can be booked at GdziePoLek and collected stationary upon presentation of the prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92353/atywia-daily-tabletki-powlekane/apteki If you need to consult a gynecologist on changing the date of bleeding, you can use the teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
