Itopride (the active substance of Prokit) affects the motility of the gastrointestinal tract, which may lead to a change in the absorption of concomitant oral drugs. Therefore, it is recommended to keep a time interval of min. 1h between Prokit and other drugs. Primacor should be taken 15 minutes. before breakfast.
