What drugs should be discontinued before allergy tests?

Good morning. The son takes milukante, deslodine and pronasal. In 2 weeks he has allergy tests scheduled. Which of these drugs should we stop taking before testing?

According to available information, antihistamines such as deslodin, glucocorticoids, e.g. Pronasal and antileukotriene drugs, e.g. Milukante, should be discontinued 7 to 10 days before allergological tests. To get the best information about which drugs should be discontinued before the test and at what time, it is best to contact the facility where the tests will be performed.
