At the outset, it should be noted that these drugs - Aclexa and Gabapentin are prescription-only drugs, so their inclusion in therapy should be decided by a doctor. It is the doctor who decides whether to treat the patient m.in based on the history of the disease and the previous response to treatment. There are no contraindications to the simultaneous use of the drugs Aclexa and Gabapentin listed in the question. According to current medical literature, there should be no interactions between these preparations that are harmful to health or drugs. However, please be careful when combining Aclexy with Acard. Concomitant use of these drugs may be associated with an increased risk of gastrointestinal ulcers. This is especially dangerous if you already suffer from stomach or duodenal ulcers.
