Hi, how to check where the prescription was started? My grandfather started buying a prescription in one of the pharmacies but he does not know in which one, we visited all the surrounding pharmacies but in none of these prescription was started. Grandfather is a person who does not have either a trusted profile or a bank account, so we are not able to check it on the patient's profile. Is there any other option? Best regards

Unfortunately, to check where the prescription was started, you need a trusted profile. People who do not have a bank account can set up a profile by going to the office. Information about the pharmacy in which the prescription was filled can be found in the Online Patient Account. After entering the prescription tab and selecting the one that interests us, download the DRR - prescription document - prescription fulfillment. It will show the details of the person filling the prescription and the address of the pharmacy where it was filled.
