I encourage you to watch your child. In case of worrying symptoms, I encourage you to take advantage of a medical consultation, e.g. in the form of teleadvice offered, m.in. by the Gdziepolek.pl portal: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-pediatra According to the package leaflet of Hitaxa 2.5 mg, if you accidentally take too much medicine, you should not experience severe disorders.
