Will I not bleed while taking Slinda?

Hello, I changed the contraceptive pill from Zoely to Slinde. After 10 days of the first pack of slinda I got heavy bleeding with pains as if I had menstruation. Will this normalize or should I stop taking these pills if the bleeding is intense? The gynecologist said that her patients say that they have practically no bleeding and I have a drama unless it changes after 3 months

Irregular spotting and bleeding may occur throughout your treatment with Slinda. It may also happen that bleeding does not occur at all or may be not very intense and short-lived.
