Ivabradine Anpharm is a refunded drug at a price specified by the Regulation of the Minister of Health. The patient's payment depends on whether the doctor has prescribed the drug at a discount or not. Until 30.04.2023, the fee for the patient, if the doctor selects the payment of 100%, is PLN 81.98. Until 30.04.2023, the fee for the patient, if the doctor selects the "lump sum" payment, is PLN 12.07. The drug is reimbursed in the indication: Chronic heart failure in classes NYHA II – NYHA IV, with systolic dysfunction, in patients with ECG-confirmed sinus rhythm and heart rate ≥ 75 beats per minute, in combination with standard treatment, including beta-blocker or when beta-blocker treatment is contraindicated or not tolerated.
