Hi, I received e prescription for medical marijuana, the problem is that the pharmacy does not want me to recognize this prescription because the system is not marked that the drug is made to order and the doctor who issued me e prescription claims that it can not change the system. A medical marijuana prescription must be issued as a "prescription medicine." If it was issued incorrectly - the pharmacy can not realize it. The doctor cannot change the e-prescription. He must cancel the issued one, and issue a new one - give you a new code. E-prescriptions cannot be improved, they must be reissued if an error occurs. Alternatively, the doctor may issue a paper prescription Rpw. and write it out in accordance with legal requirements. The doctor is obliged to issue the prescription correctly, because the doctor is responsible for issuing it, and the pharmacy for implementation.
