Hello. Why should I not breathe in while taking Narivent? My daughter often used steroid drugs where this inhalation was necessary - my mistake I did not read it, when spraying her nose she inhaled, can something happen?

Narivent is a nasal spray, the absence of inspiration is necessary so that after application the drug acts locally in the nostril. We don't want it to go deeper. Steroid drugs administered nebuliser must reach the bronchi/lungs and therefore inhalation of the preparation is necessary. A single inhalation after application of the preparation should not harm the child.
