What to apply to a wound on the finger that regularly bursts?

Good morning. About 1.5 years ago I cut my finger at work, not too deep or too wide, but in an unlucky place, namely the fingertip. Cut carried out at right angles to the nail. It hurt and took a long time to heal, but it worked. After some time the wound opened again, I thought that maybe it did not heal to the end and I strained the pad or something and it just broke. And so since then I have the impression that this wound regularly cracks, hurts for a week and heals. Help!!!

In this case, it is worth applying a preparation for skin cracks. It is a liquid that supports the regeneration of cracked skin and prevents the wound from reopening. The liquid contains components that support wound healing and protect against external factors. They also have an analgesic effect.
