Most preparations are contraindicated in pregnant women, but the substance allowed for pain in pregnancy is paracetamol at a dose of not more than 1000 mg once up to 4 times a day, e.g. in the form of swallowable or effervescent tablets. In the case of sore throat in pregnancy, you can use benzidamine in the form of an aerosol, lozenges or a solution for gargling. If these drugs do not bring relief, consult a doctor.
