Can I take Asertin in the morning and Nasen at night?

Hello. From the family doctor I have been assigned Asertin and I have been taking it for 3 days. As for improving mood, it's better, but I can't sleep at all. I was at my family's house today and she assigned me a Nasen. Well, I have a question whether I can take Asertin in the morning and Nasen at night?

Asertin is a drug that shows the beginning of action after about 2-4 weeks of use. She would be inclined to the fact that the described symptoms are side effects of the drug. The side effects of using Astertin are usually the strongest during the first 2-3 weeks of use. The simultaneous use of Nasen and Asertin is generally considered safe. However, isolated cases of neuropsychiatric adverse reactions (e.g. hallucinations, somnambulism, night eating) have been reported. Therefore, the lowest effective dose should be used in the shortest possible time and the patient should be monitored for central nervous system adverse reactions during parallel treatment.
