How to switch from Axia Forte Plus tablets to Qlaira?

Does switching from AXIA FORTE PLUS tablets to QLAIRA reduce contraceptive protection? Hello, the gynecologist changed my birth control pills, because of the higher risk of thrombosis. So far I have used Axia f p, 21 active tablets and 7 placebos. When should I use my new QLAIRA tablets? After the 21st active tablet? Is it on the day of the start of menstruation?

To protect yourself, the first tablet of Qlaira should be taken after the 21st tablet of active Axia Forte Plus or after the last placebo tablet of Axia Forte Plus. In both cases, protection will be provided.
