After taking metypred, if it does not work, can you use additional other painkillers, e.g. something from diclofenac, paracetamol?

Thank you for the information. Unfortunately, I have already taken about 10 types of NSAIDs and none of them helped with back pain. I think that Metryped will help, because the pains are intensified already 7 weeks (I do not get out of bed)

The use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs while taking Metypred may increase the risk of bleeding and ulcers in the gastrointestinal tract, especially in patients suffering from these conditions. If you experience pain while using glucocorticoids (Metypred), unless anti-inflammatory drugs are required, a safer option is to take Paracetamol. The maximum daily dose of Paracetamol for an adult is 4g administered in a maximum single dose of 1g.
