Good morning. I've been taking Linda since May of this year. Actually, I have single days without spotting, and twice a month I have heavy bleeding. I finish the 6th package and wonder whether to continue to wait patiently for the effects or change the drug? I will be grateful for your feedback. Best regards. Agata

A feature of the use of Slinda is the occurrence of irregular bleeding from the genital tract when taking it. Bleeding may also not occur at all. If you have been using Slinda for six months and the bleeding is still frequent and heavy, the likelihood of a change in the bleeding profile is, in my opinion, small. You can also ask a gynecologist about it, who probably has many patients taking Slinda and from the experience of the office will be able to say how real is the reduction in the frequency of bleeding in your case. With each month of Use of Pinda, bleeding is (should be) statistically smaller and less frequent. In one study, the percentage of patients without bleeding and/or spotting (amenorrhea) during cycles 2-4 while using Pinda was 20.1%. The proportion of patients with amenorrhea increased in cycles 7-9 to 26.7% in the Slinda group. The number of patients who experienced prolonged bleeding (more than 10 consecutive days) in the Slinda group was 18.1% in cycles 2-4 and 9.1% in cycles 7-9, respectively. The study lasted 9 months. From a pharmaceutical point of view, I can provide information that if bleeding is very frequent and irregular, another contraceptive method should be considered. If symptoms persist, the organic cause of the changes should be excluded. If frequent bleeding is already unacceptable to you, then this is one of the arguments to speed up the visit to the gynecologist.
