Can I use Diured in the evening?
The doctor prescribed me diured 5 mg but told me to take it in the evening if it was good, and I have benign prostatic hyperplasia.

Both drugs that you take have a diuretic effect and lower blood pressure. Please check your blood pressure regularly and perform blood tests ordered by your doctor. If you feel unwell, weak, dizzy, arrhythmias, fainting, muscle tremors or other disturbing symptoms - please contact your doctor.

The recommended administration of Diured 5 mg is in the morning. Mainly because the drug has a diuretic effect. Given in the evening, it can cause sleep disorders (by urinating). The use of the drug in the evening is not prohibited in any way - it is about the convenience of the patient. If you have additional prostate hypertrophy, the more the urine problem may be aggravated at night. Do you use any other medications permanently? Do you take anything in the morning? Perhaps the medicine you use in the morning is not recommended in combination with Diured in the morning and that is why the doctor recommended it. It is also worth remembering that Diured taken in the morning causes increased urine output (which is problematic, e.g. when we work and we do not have the opportunity to go to the toilet every now and then).
