Good morning! Below I will give a photo - I was doing a blood test. And as a result, it turned out that I have "terribly" high cholesterol and triglycerud levels. Do I need to use medication right away, or could I still use herbal capsules together with biomagnetic 1140?

The total cholesterol score is significantly above normal and may be a component of high cardiovascular risk (other parameters to be taken into account are age, gender, cigarette smoking, blood pressure). Regardless of the level at which this risk will be calculated for you by the doctor, the result of LDL cholesterol above 190 mg / dl indicates the need for both lifestyle changes and simultaneous pharmacotherapy. With the result, please go to the doctor who ordered the examination or to your family doctor. Of course, you can modify your lifestyle and diet right away, but I would suggest not trying to lower the results with herbs alone "on your own", unless the doctor allows it.
