What to do in case of side effects of Beto 25 ZK?

Hi the doctor prescribed me beto 25 zk and discontinue biblok 5mg after covid I have increased teokardie and bibloc could not cope all the time I have palpitations or a day of peace without it and pain on the left chest. Now I'm going to the hundredth for 4 days I've been taking beto and so honestly I feel worse hurts muscles stomach nausea my heart pounds as if it was about to jump out of my chest cold hands and feet feeling as if my blood did not come and the doctor I have in 2 weeks and I do not know what to do now
