Can I still use Dexak SL if I have been in pain for a week after pulling out my eight?
Good morning on Tuesday a week ago I had my eight pulled out stopped, despite the passage of a week the pain is so strong that it is unbearable. I take Dexak Sl but in the leaflet it says to use a maximum of 3 days I use already a week, can I use it further? Thanks in advance for your reply

Severe pain after tooth extraction, which persists for a week, may indicate inflammation and bacterial infection - it is worth consulting your dentist. An antibiotic may be necessary. Means of the Dexak type act briefly and symptomatically, do not treat the cause of pain. Therefore, if the ailment still persists, the use of an anti-pain drug may not be enough.
