Antidol may be taken while taking Depratal, however, its analgesic effect may be impaired, as duloxetine (the active ingredient in Depratal) may reduce the conversion of codeine to the active metabolite morphine, which is responsible for the analgesic effect. In turn, it is not recommended to combine Depratal with drugs from the group of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ketoprofen (Ketonal) and dexketoprofen (Dexak) due to the increased risk of ulceration and gastrointestinal bleeding. The answer to the question of whether it is possible to combine the drugs Depratal and Mydocalm has already been given here: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/opinie-i-pytania/75465/mydocalm-czy-moge-przyjac-mydocalm-jesli-zazywam-depratal I also attach an article that can be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
