Did I understand the doctor correctly?

Hello, the cardiologist recommended me to change betaloc zok 25mg to telmix 40mg and I understood that I do it overnight, today I finish taking betaloc, and tomorrow I take telmix, Did I understand correctly, because I read that brtaloc should be discontinued successively, please help

I do not know what the doctor's recommendation was, so it is difficult for me to say whether you understood it correctly. Doctors' recommendations for changing medications are very different - depending on the patient's state of health and do not have to agree in any way with those contained in the leaflet. Some order the change of drugs right away, others gradually - this is influenced by the interview with the patient.
