Is it possible to take Fluconazole Polfarmex syrup with Xifaxan, Metronidazole and Enterol?
The doctor prescribed me antibiotics: Metronidazole 500 mg and Xifaxan 200 mg. I have to take them together plus an additional probiotic Enterol 250 mg. In addition, I also have to take Fluconazole Polfarmex syrup. Can I take Fluconazole together with Metronidazole, Xifaxan and Enterol? If not, how long after taking anthibiotics and probiotics should I take Fluconazole? If I have to take Fluconazole 2 times a day, how many hours should I do it? Every 12 or can there be a shorter break?

Yes, you can accept Efferalgan. There are no contraindications to combining paracetamol with fluconazole.
Can I take Paracetamol in syrup if I am taking Fluconazole Polfarmex under the name Efferalgan 500 mg effervescent tablets?

Syrop Fluconazole Polfarmex można łączyć z pozostałymi wymienionymi przez Panią lekami. Wyjątkami, w których radziłabym skonsultować takie połączenie z lekarzem prowadzącym byłyby współistniejące choroby serca (szczególnie wrodzony zespół długiego QT) lub zaburzenia elektrolitowe (np. niedobór magnezu lub potasu z powodu ciężkiej lub przedłużającej się biegunki lub wymiotów).
Lek najlepiej podawać w stałych porach, mniej więcej co 12h.
