Is bleeding after taking Escapelle implantable bleeding?

Hello. Our condom broke and my partner ended up in me (1.11) 5 days before the theoretical date of ovulation (6.11). Within 11 hours I took an escapelle tablet. Today (8.11). I got strong, dark red bleeding, strong cramps, back pain and slight nausea. Bleeding during ovulation is normal for me (due to the large cyst on the ovary) but not at such intensity. Could these be signs of implant spotting? What are the chances of pregnancy? The pregnancy test came out negative.
