Zmiany z Cerazette na Yasminelle można dokonać w dowolnym dniu cyklu. Dzień po zaprzestaniu stosowania tabletek Cerazette może Pani przyjąć pierwszą tabletkę z blistra Yasminelle. Można również dokończyć tabletki z blistra Cerazette i dniu, kiedy rozpoczynałaby Pani branie tabletek z nowego blistra Cerazette, przyjąć Yasminelle - nie należy robić przerwy.
We wszystkich tych przypadkach ochrona może być jednak zmniejszona, dlatego przez pierwsze 7 dni stosowania Yasminelle należy stosować dodatkową formę antykoncepcji w postaci prezerwatywy.
