Tak, Zinnat może osłabiać działanie leku Vines, gdyż zaburza skład flory bakteryjnej w jelitach, niezbędnej do przekształcania hormonów zawartych w pigułkach do aktywnych form, co ogranicza ich wchłanianie z tabletek do krwi.

Przez cały okres antybiotykoterapii oraz 7 dni po jego zakończeniu należy dodatkowo zabezpieczać się prezerwatywą.
