If I have loose stools, can the effectiveness of Vibin mini be impaired?

I take Vibin mini tablets at 5 am. on Tuesday morning around 7 I had diarrhea I was 2 times in the toilet giving a watery stool. I took an extra pill and after 6 hours I was again 3 times on the toilet. The next day I took a pill and gave a loose stool and then again I took an additional tablet this time I was only once on the toilet in the following days I gave loose but disposable stools usually after 6-7 hours from taking the tablet. In these days I had unprotected intercourse I have a question whether, despite the fact that I took additional tablets and subsequent visits to the toilet were after more than 4 hours I could have been incorrectly protected by tablets.
