W przypadku bólu brzucha spowodowanego przyjęciem tabletki lub niestrawnością po obiedzie zastosować można, np. lek przeciwbólowy na bazie paracetamolu lub ibuprofenu, bądź lek rozkurczowy (np. No-spa).
Jeśli w ciągu 3-4 godzin od przyjęcia tabletki wystąpią wymioty, należy przyjąć jeszcze jedną tabletkę antykoncepcyjną - aby ochrona antykoncepcyjna została zachowana.
