Did the effectiveness of Sidretella 20 decrease if I took 28 active tablets?

Hello. My situation looks like this, for almost a year I have been taking Sidretella 20 birth control pills. Before the beginning of the last package, I had the antibiotic KLABAX and took it only 3 days, for the whole 21 days I secured myself in addition, but I had a trip this weekend and decided to take from the new pack 7 tablets which gives 28 tablets taken to this day. At the weekend, i.e. 25.26 tablets, I had an unseeded ratio and ejaculation took place inside. Is it acceptable that from today I do not continue taking tablets and take a 7-day break? Should I be afraid that I might be pregnant?
