Can ellaOne forges a pregnancy test?

Is it possible that EllaOne has tested positive? I had an intercourse during the peri-ovulation day. 3 days later I took EllaOne tablet, after which there has been no bleeding so far. This morning (10 days after taking the tablet) I performed a pregnancy test which came out positively, with a very bright second line visible under the light. Is it possible that EllaOne cheated this result and I'm not pregnant at all?
