Is it possible to replace propranolol with ivabradine used in the past?

Good morning, I have found sinus tachycardia for a year I take ivabredine anapharm at a dose of 1x2.5 mg in the morning, the attending physician changed my drug to propranolol Accord 1x10mg but I feel bad after it or can I go back to the previous drug again? Please help.

Decyzję o ponownym stosowaniu leku Ivabradine Anpharm może podjąć jedynie lekarz, który ma dostęp do danych dotyczących historii choroby, aktualnych wyników badań i zna powody, dla których podjęto decyzję o zastąpieniu iwabradyny propranololem.

Bez konsultacji nie należy dokonywać tego typu modyfikacji terapii.
