Will missing Letrox for two days affect my body and test results?

I've had hashimoto's for 4 years and I've never skipped the medication, but now I've noticed that I haven't taken letrox for 2 days. Will it have an effect on the body? I'm scheduled to have periodic check-ups in a month and I don't know if it will affect them either. I'm taking letrox 50. Thanks in advance

According to the information on Letrox, if you do not take a tablet, do not take a double dose to make up for a forgotten tablet. Continue to take this medicine as directed by your doctor.

If you continue to use the drug, these 2 days without Letrox should not affect the test results as well as your body.
