What is the difference between Hydroxyzinum Adamed and other hydroxyzines?

The footnote "Adamed" after the word Hydroxyzinum simply means the company, the manufacturer of the drug. Hydroxyzinum Adamed differs from Hydroxyzinum Espefa, Hasco, Polfarmex, Teva, VP or Zentiva in terms of the responsible entity, the manufacturer of the drug, and thus - among other things - the price and appearance of the packaging. There may also be auxiliary components, which does not affect the effect of the drug, but may be important, for example, for people allergic to certain substances. The active ingredient is the same. Drugs with hydroxyzine from individual manufacturers can be used interchangeably, provided that the dose of the drug is maintained. There is syrup and 10 mg and 25 mg tablets available on the market.
