I skipped the Atywia Daily tablet at week 2 and had intercourse on the same day, can I be pregnant?

Hello, I skipped the contraceptive pill atywia daily in the 2nd week of taking white pills, then after 24 hours I took 2 tablets at once, in the meantime there was intercourse. Before taking placebo pills, spotting occurred. Could it be pregnancy?

When using Atywia Daily, skipping a tablet by 12 hours or more results in a decrease in contraceptive effectiveness. The risk of pregnancy is the greater, the closer it is to the use of green placebo tablets. According to the manufacturer's information, if only one tablet in the second week is missed, there is no need for an additional method of contraception in the next 7 days. Spotting before starting placebo tablets does not mean pregnancy. Frequently, especially at the beginning of taking tablets, intracyclic bleeding/spotting may occur. To fully adapt, the body needs about 3 cycles, although this type of spotting can also appear at a later time. However, if the period does not appear during the period of taking inactive tablets, then it is an indication for a pregnancy test.
