Good morning. In the flu test, I got the flu. I received a prescription Elbifumin but not 75 mg because there was no pharmacy only 2x45 mg. Can I take a dose greater than 75 mg at a time, i.e. 90 mg?

The recommended oral dose for adolescents (13 to 17 years of age) and adults is 75 mg oseltamivir twice daily for 5 days. As it is a prescription drug, the doctor must decide whether to increase the dose. Theoretically, increasing the dose from 75 mg to 90 mg does not seem to lead to an overdose, but you should consult your doctor.
