According to the Summary of Product Characteristics of Sidretella: "Change from another combined hormonal contraceptive: Sidretella should preferably be started the day after taking the last tablet containing the active substance of the previous combined contraceptive, but no later than the day after the end of the typical break in the pills or after taking placebo tablets of the previous combined contraceptive." You can start taking Sidretella the day after taking your last Belara tablet or after a 7-day break.
