Hello. I've been using Ginoring for a long time, but I'd like to switch the period. Now he takes out the puck on Tuesdays, gets a period on Fridays. I would like to have a period on Mondays. When do I have to take out the disc to have a period in Mon? Is it possible, is it safe????

Information from the characteristics of Ginoring that may be useful: "In order to postpone the occurrence of withdrawal bleeding to a different day of the week than the one to which the patient is accustomed, the patient may shorten the next break in the vaginal therapeutic system by any number of days." If you remove the disc on Friday, the bleeding should occur at the beginning of the next week. The time of withdrawal bleeding should be shortened and another disc should be put on on Friday (it may happen that in this "shortened" period bleeding will not occur) and subsequent discs should also be put on on this day of the week.
