Is heavy bleeding with clots severe abdominal pain normal when using Polaring discs?

Good morning last night began bleeding from withdrawal Ginoring. At the beginning there were only cramps, then the bleeding and cramps were very strong until I was sick. And this morning when I got up I saw a really big clot on the sanitary napkin. It looked like mucus and tissue mixed with blood. Should I be worried? Is it because I took a month's break (26.09-23.10) and then I didn't get a period?

This is very good news, I hope that further cycles will not cause cause for concern. Below is a short video about the method of contraception used, perhaps it will be useful:

Thank you for your reply. These ailments occurred once on the first day of withdrawal bleeding. Now the bleeding is without any clots and is scanty. Today, the pregnancy tests performed came out negative.

If the pain was so strong that nausea appeared and the bleeding is in the form of abundant clots, you should urgently see a gynecologist. Only a doctor during the examination can assess the source of deviations. A one-month break in contraception, with pregnancy excluded, is not a contraindication to re-insertion of the disc and should not be the reason for such disturbing ailments.
